  Very helpful at first. We had a great wake. The staff was very helpful in our time of need. My aunt was getting cremated. They stated their was a new procedure from the state in regards to the forms needed before she could be cremated. We still have not received her ashes a month later. They never followed up with her doctor so her body stayed in their possession for almost a full month. You never get a direct answer from them. It is always, okay I understand but I will have to get back to you. Sometimes they call back but most of the time you are chasing them or answers. Hopefully we have her ashes soon.

  This place is HORRIBLE! They are rude, disrespectful and VERY inconsiderate! Not to mention the owner is a pig! His office was a total disaster and on top of that they were extremely disorganized. They treated my family and i like complete garbage! They didn't have the place set up when they were suppose to and were still cleaning from a prior funeral. They also tried to post pone the funeral 15 minutes prior to the time they had already set it to! They didn't have the refreshments they promised or the memory cards until after people were already leaving! They were also rude when asked about the memory cards, and refreshments and to top if off, they had the date he passed WRONG so they had to reprint them! The cards were cheaply made and they were not laminated. My step dad is getting cremated and they lost all the paperwork, they lied and said it would only take days for him to be cremated, now they are saying they are not sure when! Who knows if they are actually going to give us his ashes! These people need to be investigated this is ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL! THEY HAVE NO RESPECT! Oh and let me add that when my great grandmother passed, they also rushed the Barriel!

  most horrible place I've ever been to! this place needs to be investigated. most unprofessional funeral home I've ever attended. no memory cards until the very end..not even laminated. place stunk like cat urine. they were mopping and cleaning as guest arrived. they even had the gual to wheel another body in right through all the guest. dressed like idiots...tank tops, shorts and flip-flops with socks on. the place is wretched. the funeral commission will be notified.

  Absolutely horrible, our family shows up early like we were told to find nothing done, then they tell us there's an emergency we have to move your time up 4 hrs, we say absolutely not they rush to bring up the body right in front of us and set up, the memory cards weren't made till after half the people left, the refreshments that were promised were not provided and then the date completely wrong on the memory cards, place has no respect for the situation all they want is your money.
